ATTENTION! The cruise will start from Nizhny Novgorod at 9 a.m. instead of Gorodets at 11 a.m. We will provide assistance with transportation to this location to all participants who inform us about the details of their arrival.

BY PLANE
The recommended domestic flights to Nizhny Novgorod are:

The participants are highly recommended to book international air tickets in advance.
BY TRAIN
The train connection between Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod is also available. The timetable for trains from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod can be found at the Russian Railways Web site, http://eng.rzd.ru/.
Tickets can be bought 40 days before the trip. When ordering tickets, note that on the Russian Railways site, Nizhny Novgorod is labeled as NIJNII NOVGOROD MOSKOV.
Transfer to the ship
The ship departs at 9 a.m. from Nizhny Novgorod River Station (address: Nizhny Novgorod, pl. Markina, 15a). The boarding will be open at midnight on July 17.
The transfer of Conference participants to the ship be organized as follows:

  1. from Strigino Airport: All participants arriving not earlier than July 16, 16:00 will be met at the airport and provided with transportation by bus or assistance with transportation.
  2. from Moskovsky Railway Station (Nizhny Novgorod):

All participants arriving not earlier than July 16, 16:00 will be met at the train station (the meeting point is in the Railway Station main hall, in front of the information desk) and will be provided with transportation or assistance with transportation.
The bus transfer will be provided for the participants arriving by trains:

For participants arriving by other trains we will provide assistance with ordering a taxi.

  1. from the hotels “Diplomat” (http://diplomat-hotel.ru/) and “Ibis” (http://ibis-nn.ru/), for the participants arriving to Nizhny Novgorod in advance and staying at the hotels:
    from 06:00 to 08:00 on July 17, 2016 (participants will be informed of the exact time personally).
    Transfer from other hotels in Nizhny Novgorod is also possible. Please contact the Organizing Committee.
